Overraskende fint. Artig i grunn. :)

I believe Lista is quite near to Lindesnes, which is also a beautiful place and quite remote. We have its twin here in north east England - Lindisfarne. This is where the Christian missionary Aidan established a monastery and then took the gospel of the Kingdom to the rest of Britain and a lot of Europe too. It is a very wild and beautiful place with lots of Christian heritage. Celtic missions were usually based in far-flung places for some reason.

Yes, Lista is very far south and a little remote.

Cool, I've heard of Lindisfarne. Actually I plan to go to Britain next summer on a round trip. Should I go to Lindisfarne?

You're coming to Bergen? Are you coming to Oslo as well? Are you visiting or going on holidays?

:)

You should definitely go to Lindisfarne. It is a special place. We live about one hour south from there. We are also only ten minutes drive from the ferry landing at Newcastle.

We are going on a short holiday. Five days boat from Newcastle to Bergen then we will drive over to visit friends at Sogndal before returning for one night in Bergen, then sailing back to UK Thursday. I usually need to get at least one 'fix' of beautiful Norway each year!
